Managed a Performance Improvement Programme for outsourced e-Commerce, Web and Database software development projects. Introduced PRINCE2 and compliance procedures.
Managed the post implementation review of, and implemented improvements to the case management system to support Criminal Justice Social Work clients, stakeholders and partners.
Developed the Business Case and implemented enterprise wide e-learning training and development supported by the browser-based Learning Compliance Suite (LCS).

Led a team of DfES Business Process Analysts to develop the Business Case for the ‘Recovery of Grant Overpayments System’ to recover £5.5m annually in grant overpayments. Managed the application design and development teams, and systems integration between Student Awards Agency and partner organisations.

Managed the project to develop and implement the TAXMAN system to provided facilities for Oil Production Administration and Assessment, Advanced Petroleum Revenue Tax calculation, Allowable Expenditure, Ring fenced Provisions and Relief’s, Computation of Profit, Tariffs and Disposal Receipts, Uplift Rules and VAT. Managed Data Quality and Migration from legacy systems. Developed end to end User Acceptance Testing and Training programme.
Managed the requirements analysis and specification for the Procurement of Hydrocarbon Accounting systems for allocation and reporting and to allow extraction and analysis of data at field, reservoir and well level. Developed interfaces for Exploration and Production data from Energy Components. Managed the formation of a new Data Management group for the development and implementation of Data Analysis standards, Logical and Physical Data Model design and ongoing Data Base Administration standards.

Performed application performance appraisal of Oilfield Unitisation System for the exchange of ORACLE based demarcation data in a multiple stakeholder joint venture. Developed data quality standards and system for the acquisition and migration of production data.
